3.Titanium-Nitride(氮化钛）
Titanium nitride has the appearance of a brown powder and a face-centered cubic crystal structure. Its melting points is 2950℃, density is 5.43 g/ cm3 , hardness is 8-9Mohs., elastic Modulus is 590 KN/m. Titanium nitride is a highly corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, wear-resistant and thermal-shock-resistant ceramic material. It is mainly used in aerospace industry. Due to its good conductivity, titanium nitride can be used as the molten salt electrodes and for electrical contacts. It can also be used as gold-color painting and coating.
