Dear Mr.Anoosheh Ziadlou,
I am a Romanian engineer, technology specialist with experience in the manufacture of Particle Board (from wood, rubber wood, Bagasse, flax and hemp waste, and other lignocelluloses waste), using different manufacturing technologies as BvH, Bahre – Bison, Diefenbaker or Siempelkamp.
I graduated Faculty of Wood in Brasov, and then worked in Research and Design Institute of Wood Industry from Bucharest.
With over 40 years of activity (like work, and as a hobby), I've never seen or heard about one PB Factory without problems.
After much research and experiences I have found some original and interesting technological solutions to optimize the gluing process with positive influences for manufacturing process of drying up by hot press, namely:
-Adhesive-reducing (lower cost, lower free formaldehyde emanation),
-Specific density can be reduced for the same characteristics (Standard) of the boards,
-Reducing "pressing factor" and increased hot press productivity,
-The overall result: economic growth and technical efficiency of production (close to achieving dream of Technology: producing quality boards, with minimum production costs, and greater economic efficiency).
I would love to collaborate with your specialists, to implement these solutions (which are logical and can be easily demonstrated in the laboratory).
In 1981-82,I put into operation PB Factory from Neka Choub Co.(near the Sari City)
If your Company is interested in such collaboration, please let me know, and send your opinions, suggestions and problems from your PB Factory
With esteem and respect,
George.
