Dear Mr. Schneider,
I form part of a group (Gama Global Trading Services) that has been granted the rights to represent a manganese mine in Brazil. We have a soft offer for an initial amount of 3,651,680 MT of manganese ore, ranging in purity from 18-48%, with an average of nearly $62/MT. Not mentioned in this soft offer is the fact that a longer contract can be negotiated, along with a future iron ore contract, if interested. Being that the price is well below market value, we are really time constrained and are looking for someone who can not only show initial interest, but also act upon it and send us a LOI to at least buy us some time and start the negotiation. The reason I say this is because the mine owners, although they have given us exclusivity in good faith, are ready to meet with potential buyers on their own. Having China on holiday all of last week gave us a very late start, and we are trying to really put this soft offer out there in the right hands.
Please feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, don't worry about the time difference. We look forward to hearing from you, and can be counted on to work non-stop to get something worked out.
Thank you beforehand,
Karl Dahlgren
