hi i had brought one of your koochi car seats for my daughter and i have been having problems as it is very deep it dosen't support her back properly.this is not good as if i was to take her on a jorney that would last longer than 10 mins it causes her great discomfort.this is unacceptable as health proffesional reccomend that the can be seated for two hours before they should have a break from sitting inside a car seat,so i think you should have atleast stated on the box that you cannot leave the child in the seat for as long as the other car seats.i am really dissapointed as all of my other product that i use for her travel are from your range of products and they have given me no cause for concern but this car seat is unacceptable.
