We are supplying a various range of products such as constructions / building materials, lubricants, plastic industry, printing / carton / package, textile, steel, chemicals, paper and food ingredients to the Middle East for over 30 years. HoodOil Limited in present engaged in exploration and production of crude oil in Block -9 of Yemen with 25% equity participation with Calvalley, Canada & Reliance Industries Limited, India. The venture was successful and Block 9 began production in December 2005 at 2,000 bpd. The block currently produces 5,000 bpd which is expected to increase to 20,000 bpd in the second half of 2015. Recently HoodOil have been awarded with the exploration & production of crude oil in Block 34 & 37 jointly with Reliance Industries Limited, India. Due to the acute shortage of petroleum products amid current political unrest in Yemen, HSA is in urgent need for gasoil products in order to keep its business (Cement, Ghee & Soap, Sponge & Plastic, Dairy & Food, Lubricants, Flour Mills & Silos industries…etc) running in continuous progress. Accordingly, we currently have an urgent requirement for 15 KT/month of gasoil products CIF Aden and 10 KT/month CIF Hudaidah . We therefore would request to know on what TERMS and the kind of freight and premium rates you would be willing to offer us and especially what type of memorandum you envisage us entering into with yourselves in order to actualize long term business relationship.
