Today is March 30, 2015. OUR weekly PO offers (CIF/CNF, Kaohsiung, Taiwan) are as follows:

Please note: Minimum 5 containers from every vendor per week delivered to the port of Kaohsiung. The scraps should be loaded in the SD 20' Ocean Container (OC) with the net weight at 25,000 kilograms (+/-5%) or 40’ OC with the net weight at 20,000 kilograms (+/-5%) only if shipped from California, United States. If you have more than 10 containers, please check with me first since each vendor has its allocation and it may need to be re-adjusted. Thank you for your cooperation.
(3) PAYMENT TERMS: On/before five (5) calendar days after the Vessel Sailing Date, Seller will send by E-mail/Fax: Invoice, Packing List, Non-Negotiable copy of Bill of Lading/Seaway Bill to Buyer. Then 100% Payment will be made by Buyer to Seller three (3) calendar days before ETA, which the date is to be confirmed upon issuance of Bill of Lading or Seaway Bill. Once Seller receives payment, Seller will issue a Telex Release to Buyer in 36 hours.
(4) PO CONFIRMATION: WHEREAS, you have the above products in your scrap yard(s) and they are ready to be shipped out in this week then you can provide and reply your quantity and booking number to secure a PO from Mejjo Trade within 48 hours after this email has been sent.
(5) SHIPPING DOCS: WHEREAS, Shipping Line’s Bill of Lading or Sea waybill is required and not forwarders ones. All shipping lines are acceptable unless notified by writing. The Detention and Demurrage free time shall be fourteen (14) calendar days or more. Also, the Container Repairs up to NT$1,500 per container will be covered by Buyer. Whereas, anything over NT$1,500 per container will be covered by Seller, up to an additional NT$2,100 per container. In good faith, both Buyer and Seller should try to negotiate container repair fee/s with steam line or repair yard in benefit of each other.
(6) WEIGHT DETERMINATION: Scale weight certificate issued by a third party weighbridge as notary (Taiwan) at discharging port/yard to be final with 0.5% franchise against B/L weight to be allowed. Any short/ overweight exceeding the franchise to be compensated for total short/ overweight (including 0.5% franchise), such claim should be passed to Seller/Buyer after completion of discharge supported by relative survey report. Dust and dirt, if any, will be certified by buyer (Taiwan) at discharging port/yard and shall be deducted from the final weight. The survey fee at discharging port/yard shall be for Buyer's account.
(7) CLAIMS: WHEREAS, 100kgs of impunities in each of container may be allowed. Over the allowance, a refund or credit will be filed and claimed by the buyers inspection reports. In case of discovery of radioactive material and dangerous item such as bullets, bombs, sealed container, Seller should have their own agent pick up or handle at Seller's own cost/expense and to deduct the weight from the Invoice which also can settle accordingly by T/T payment.
