My name is Jim McGowan.
I am co-owner of a 30-year established retail hair replacement company in the US. We have 7 locations in the US. We sell approximately 5,000 to 6,000 hairpieces each year to our clients. Our current manufacturing is currently in China. However, we are having more and more problems with quality and long delivery times. Our company name is JA Alternatives.

We will pay a premium price if our manufacturing conditions can be met. 70% of our pieces are men’s and 30% are females. We will need lace and/or monofilament base along with the highest-grade hair available.
We would like to stress that we will pay a premium providing our manufacturing conditions can be met.
My partner and I are traveling to China shortly to meet with our current manufacturer and also some other large and small manufacturers in order to explore our options. We would like to visit your actual factory not a showroom. We have specific ventilating and knotting patterns for some of our ongoing stock work. We would also like to meet the factory manager and supervisors and see the operation in person.
Our intention would be to start with a moderate amount of orders and slowly grow as we are satisfied with the results. We are looking to form a relationship with a factory that would appreciate a premium price in exchange for ongoing personal attention to our products.
Please let us know if this is something you would like to continue a discussion about. We are planning on being in Qingdao sometime in late, April or early May.
Thank you very much for your consideration.
