• Working as quality assurance and laboratories manager, managing multiple tasks, ensure of the quality of the product and the accuracy of analysis methods and production methods.
• Great experience in the microbiological tests and its application.
• Ability to work on most of the apparatus of laboratories such as PH-meter, refract meter, scale, heater, water bath, oven,….etc. and good knowledge of standardization methods and maintenance procedures.
• Establish the field of calibration of solutions and measure the salt and total solid content, PH, solubility, moisture, and density ….etc. in it.
• Establish many analysis and application on oils such as sampling, estimation of F.F.A, peroxide no., melting point, oil content, rancidity. Have a great working knowledge of process and review all the tests.
• Managing and obtain the ISO 22000:2005 food safety and HACCP so have excellent skills in preparing *Making the internal Data sheet of raw material &final products.
