Good day, this is now my fifth email to the Glencara company, and with no response to any, and no confirmation or rejection of sale that i have already been charged for. So we are writing to you, as the name under which the company is registered on. we're getting tired of waiting for anyone to respond to our emails or calls (even though i call during your business hours), so I have my VISA confirmation dated on 16/05/13 at 10:29am GMT+2, a charge of 602.07 cents (which is already 10euros more than the amount shown on the My Account purchase of the ring in question) and the charge was made by a TRK Holdings company, of Ireland. Should I not get a prompt reply to this email and some sort of explanation/progress as to why i was charged a significant amount but have not received any news or delivery in almost 3 weeks, I will have VISA standing by directly to challenge the charge as fraud and failure to respond to client, which is a commercial law.
