l am Maj.Jackson Johnson (Rtd) Director of Tarkwa Gold Fields (Western Region-Ghana) and also we represent the Local Miners Association of Ghana, We saw read about your interest to buy Gold through latest inquiries in *** .
We the Seller, hereby declares that we are ready, willing and have the Proof of Product ability to complete the sale of the ALLUVIAL GOLD CONCENTRATE / GOLD DUST COMMODITY, from West Africa, Ghana. This shall be as per Specifications and in the quantity and the price specified in the Terms and Conditions as herein set forth. This representation and signatory is made with Full Corporate Authority of the Seller.
COMMODITY SPECIFICATIONS:
a) Commodity: Alluvial Gold Concentrate / Gold Dust
b) Form: Gold Dust AU
c) Purity: 96.8%
d) Fineness: 23+ karats
e) ASSAY: Initial Assay to be made at Seller's Safe Keeping House/warehouse, in Ghana via Product Minerals Marketing Company (PMMC); and the Final Assay to be made at and by Buyer's registered and nominated Refinery, and this value will be accepted by both Buyer and Seller, at Buyer's expense.
f) Origin: Ghana .
g) PROOF OF PRODUCT: Safe Keeping Receipt (to be issued by Seller).
h) PACKING: Export Package Boxes / Bars.
i) QUANTITY: 1,235Kgs to be sold Delivered in 150Kgs tranches per Month x 12 months/more.
j) PRICE: Gross Price of USD $21, 5500.00 +& - per KG after each Assay Report from Refinery for the duration of this Contract.
k) TOTAL VALUE : To be calculated by both parties.
DELIVERY TERMS: The Delivery Terms for this Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) shall be on a CIF Buyers Refinery Incoterms.
PAYMENT TERMS;
1. Buyers will visit Ghana for inspection by Buyers or Buyers Representatives to inspect goods after a TABLE TOP MEETING/Documents signing at Sellers office in Accra -Ghana before proceeding with goods to PMMC for Assay Test or as advised by buyers in Accra-Ghana at sellers Storage.
Conditions;
(a)Buyers shall visit Ghana to inspect Goods Or Buyers shall undertake all Formal Procedures and bear the costs of local charges including Customs Levies, Insurance and VAT and / or with holding taxes imposed by the Ghana Authorities necessary for the exportation of precious metals from the Country of Origin to Buyer's designated destination after Sales/Purchase Agreement is signed by both parties.
(2)We can deliver to your Refinery on CIF provided your Bank can issue us a Stand by Letter of Credit (SBLC) confirmed by Swift MT 760 for (1) One year and (3) Three months.
Finally,You as Buyers shall arrange Security Van to convey goods from the Airport, in South Korea accompanied by sellers agent with buyers, to his Refinery and every other necessary formality for the importation of such Commodity into Cyprus.
