I am in negotiation for a Contract Supply project with a New established Organization named Organization for African Development (OAD) as this organization has instructed for an exporter whom they can purchase quality Sea Foods from and go into contract with some period of months precisely.
In brief, my name is Mr. Morise Karl and I am the Sole Proprietor of Ste Dumax B.V Sarl. Our company has a capability of 6 staff, I have been working under Ste Rowfic Int'l Sarl as a Manager, after the death of my boss, and I decided to establish my company which I have been managing the company as a commission agent for the past years since there was no cash to get into importation. However the buyer in question are liable to purchase in quantity which the products are to be distributed exclusively to their Local Customers here in Africa as the Organization for African Development is covering 48 local markets under 9 countries here in West Africa.
Being that i am in good terms with most of the senior staff of Organization for African Development especially their receptionist, I have been allowed to appoint a supplier who can handle their order without breach of agreement. Moreover I have been informed by the receptionist that there are other foreign Contractors that has also applied for this contract through their connections, so I want both of us to bring together our efforts and time to make sure we win this contract as the Organization for African Development promised that the winner of this contract is 90% liable to win the November 2010 budgetted contract too.
The receptionist of OAD also made me to understand that OAD intends to purchase upto 5 x 20Ft Containers monlthly base on contract for the duration of 12 months interval because this products are to be supply to the Burkina-faso Marketing Union and the West-Coast Importers Association . This two associations are comprises with over 400 wholesalers and importers capable to pay cash before production and shipment commence, while payment term is 70% by Telegraphic Transfer T/T immediately contract is signed and 30% upon receipt of confirmation that the first batch is ready for shipment.
