Subject: Cast iron scrap.and other foundry materials
My name is Aris Lentzos from Athens – Greece.
For 42 consequent years I was the owner of the (former) LENTZOS BROS CO, acting as a representation company for import and export.
Due pension I had to close down my company on 2015 but I still continue to serve some of my former reliable customers.
One of them is a company located in Thessaloniki (Northern Greece).
This company is acting as a big trading company, dealing mainly with products related to foundry industry.
They do import, with our assistance, various products from different countries.
Now they have appointed us to locate a reliable supplier for cast iron scrap, pig iron ingots foundry coke
Customers need now to import cast iron scrap, preferably, to be from:
- Truck wheel drums
- Break disk plates, as per picture attached
- Pig iron ingots with Si content 2-3%
- Foundry coke with thermal efficiency 30000 calories
Concerning cast iron scrap should be supplied in broken pcs of max piece length 25-30cm
.
Concerning Pig Iron Ingots we can forward to you pictures and specs, if required.
Quantity wise, if your prices are acceptable, customer will import initially 1x20’ cont, as a trial order. If all if all parameters will be positive, customers estimate that they will be in need of approx about 3-4x20’ containers per month/month
If you can supply the above materials, please give us your best quotation for delivery CIF Thessaloniki port – Greece, without any commission for us.
