My company work hand in hand with the members of the contract awarding committee of the Economic Community Of West African States ECOWAS (www.ecowas.int).
We are sourcing for a capable company to present on a 2 years contracts for the supply of 200,000 MT of ANTHRACITE COAL to the Republic of Togo, under the allocation of the ECOWAS commission. You or your company representatives will be welcomed to Lome the administrative capital of Togo to finalize and sign the deal in person if need be.

The ECOWAS mode of payment under the contract is 70%(T/T) advance payment immediately after signing the contract agreement and 30% letter of credit before the last production and shipment to Lome seaport in the Republic of Togo.
Note that my company will be entitled to a 2% commission of the total invoice value, so if your company is interested to bid and win the contract, you must make it to my understanding that you have accepted to map out a 2% commission of the total invoice value to my company on realization of the contract.
The tender is open to all eligible foreign contractors from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines of the Togo project service commission of the Republic of Togo.
