Please accept my cover letter for any up and coming roles that may be available. I am from Ireland on a 1 year working holiday visa that is looking for a 6 -12 month contract with intention of extending my visa.
I have an honours degree in Pharmaceutical science and forensic analysis. I have 2 years Laboratory experience and I am looking to build on this experience.
My skills and experiences which I believe would make me a great part of the team include, I have the ability to priorities work in order to meet daily deadlines. I have clear written and verbal communication skills. I possess the capacity to work effectively as part of a team. I also have demonstrable knowledge of OHS requirements within a laboratory. I Work well with others as well as confident on my own ability to work without supervision.
I have extensive food experience within micro labs, having worked in micro labs in both Ireland and Melbourne. I have also XRF and TGA experience from working with a SGS Australia in Perth. In Ireland, I have worked as a QC Lab technician within the dairy industry. This experience gave me the opportunity to work closely with a team, and helped me to understand the importance of good lab practice
