Please. note the following for the importation of maize to Kenya- we already have two buyers
1.You must give a price offer of not exceeding usd.$240 per tonne to capture the Kenyan market.
2.The price offer should be valid for 30 days to 45 days to facilitate the LC
3.After receiving the price offer the buyer will issue the ICPO(Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) then the seller will issue the FCO(Full Corporate Offer that is stamped and signed).
REQUIREMENTS:
1.We need a SALES CONTRACT
2.Certificate of analysis
3.We need a Letter of intent to give to the buyer to fill-and give it back to the seller
4.A letter from the producer showing he's granted Versatile Enterprises and Investments the opportunity to be his accredited agent
5.copies of bill of landing(that’s if or after the maize has already been exported)
6.A Sample of Maize for analysis
