I do not know if this was intentional on your part or not, but this is the truth about what I saw. If it was intentional on your part then it was a pretty nasty trick! 2. In the period of half year, crates are not able to load, and have to moved several times at the port yard .for they may blocked other customer’s container transportation . which may caused the edges of the stone broken or scratch the edges as the photos, this is very possible for those kind of operation on port. All of the 16 pictutres he sent to you are just the black stone taking from differnt way . But please find the pictures of our finishing products we sent before packing in the attachment, we make sure the crates are strong enough and goods are nice before packing also .. I certainly admit that the crates were strong and solid so that is why I know you sent me junk to begin with! The packaging did have Styrofoam all around which proves that the plaques were placed in the crates in the condition as I received them. Regardless, the granite is your responsibility until it is loaded onto the ship no one else's. Why was it at the port when nothing was settled or finalized yet? That is your problem! You should have compromised sooner to get the container shipped. It was only your fault if the crates were moved around! Although I'm sure the crate movement did not make a difference in the quality you sent. 3. As this is first time for Charles to buy products from China, he is worrying a lot , keep stopping us for loading, and staying talking about the payment, in order make the delivery earlier, also consider the long cooperation future ,we have given Charles 2000usd as deposit just in case some he still worry, the goods can not always keep on port, this is we never met, but from this thing, we can see , he is not such a person who worth us to do this, he is not a valued or reasonable customers we need to cherish. One of the photo, one of the slab of marble called white wood vein, there is no broken edges, surface is nice , the back it is long, so, there are two iron rods to support the marble tile , but charles is not professional and say that is quality problem .that is really funny. One of the photo has a red line, even if this, the 2000USD we gave to him already can cover, but he ask for crazy . Firstly it is called Black Marquina Marble, secondly, I complained about the metal reinforcing bars because I was not advised that they would be present on everyone of those plaques. I had told Linda Lei that these plaques were for a CARVING project and I receive those plaques with the bars! I was shocked and angered because they are useless to me. I cannot carve these plaque to any amount of depth without hitting metals bars. Why was I not told that they would need metal reinforcing bars? I would have changed material so they could be usable! Now please look at your photo number 006.jpg that you yourself have submitted. Look closely at the edges of these plaques. They are all grey and white with no buffing at all it seems. There is such a thing called Tin Oxide and this is used to buff stone to a perfect shine. It looks like you only used water to buff and it shows. The edges are all terrible! Please look very carefully at your own submitted photos 006.jpg, 009.jpg, 013.jpg, 017.jpg and especially your photo number 027.jpg! They are half polished, the black is grey with no shine whatsoever, scratched, streaky and just plain horrible. Would any of you place a table with these edges in your own boardrooms or even in your home?? Look at the reflection in the granite face - it is grainy, fuzzy, dull and not sharp at all. When granite is properly polished it will have a mirror finish like your own photo of the Black Marquina Marble - too bad the edges are atrocious on these plaques (see 006.jpg) and even then, look closely at your photo 008.jpg and you can see the grinding wheel marks around the reflection of the light the on top of the plaque. There are grinding wheel marks everywhere on all the plaques you have shipped. My photos are embarrassing you enough, but your own photos are proving my case! Attached are pictures that we sent before packing to show that the crates are strong and the corner and polishing are good. If need, we can attach our contract with Charles Brunet , also all email communications as evidence as proof. I would like to thank you Mina for this letter because now I will include it along with your photos in all my future correspondence as well as my previous letter to the Xiamen Producers. It will be very useful to make my point even stronger. Mina! It is up to you if you want this to stop!
