I'm Teresa Aliaga, sales broker of different clients from Peru.
One of my clients is looking for a supplier to whom buy different kinds of ceiling and walllamps, and fluorescents (6W, 8W, 14W and 21W specifictly). First, he wants to import some samples of each presentation; later, he will continue importing from you as your sole supplier. Obviously all those orders through my coordination as broker.
Please, confirm if you have those models (exactly the same as attachment: CEILING AND WALL LAMPS, and FLUORESCENTS in 6W/8W/14W/21W specially in BLUE, WHITE and WARM LIGHT) . Later, the first P/O will be according to the following qty:
1. CEILING LAMPS (1st model): 100 BOXES (each box 15 units) = 1,500 units
2. WALL LAMPS (2nd model): 100 BOXES (each box 30 units) = 3,000 units
3. FLUORESCENTS in BLUE, WHITE, WARM LIGTH
- 300 UNITS (100 boxes /each box 30 units) 8W
- 150 UNITS (50 boxes /each box 30 units) 6W
- 150 UNITS (50 boxes /each box 30 units) 14W
- 150 UNITS (50 boxes /each box 30 units) 21W
4. By the way, do you have the Led's Remot Control, the most similar to the picture I attached?
Also, I'll be grateful you confirm asap:
- If you have those model as attachment
- Price of each model (lamps and fluorescents)
- Weigth and measurements for the whole order according to the qty required
- Incoterm
- Quantity Minimun of each model / presentation
- Payment Terms
All information I asked is crucial to be presented to my client and proceed with the order to your company. So, please if you answer with the quotation tomorrow, it will be so advantageous for both.
