This is a complaint about the 3d Sublimation press machine

We will gladly return the used machine to your company but your company has to send a prepaid postage label to us. We don’t want to spend any money on something that’s not our fault. Your company should not only do this as a good faith gesture, but also save your reputation. As your agent James Song well knows, we bought a NEW MACHINE but we got a used one. In my country this is against the law. We purchased this machine because your company had listed is as new. It is not. Therefore, we are expecting a full refund. We do not feel that we are being unreasonable with our request. We really do not want to be rude but we will take legal action if this is not resolved immediately. We will file complaints with the consumer protection agency and/or the Better Business Bureau. We will be posted videos on You Tube, all TV Channels and all vehicles of communication in my country; also we will send to eBay all pictures and our e-mails that we sent to Amazon about this situation. If I do not hear from you within 3 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and execute my legal alternatives.
